Nereida Perez is a real local Antelope Valley success story. 

 Nereida started in healthcare working as a Medical Assistant at AVORS Medical Group and desired to be able to do more and help more people.  She took on higher education and went to being a nurse and First Assist on complicated surgeries such as traumas and Total Joints Replacements.  Working alongside the Antelope Valley's best surgeons, Nereida still felt like she could do more.  She went back to school and achieved her Nurse Practitioner License.   

Nereida has over sixteen years of healthcare industry experience working in the Surgery Department at Palmdale Regional Medical Center and also being a first assist at local outpatient Embassy Surgery Center.   Her focus is to provide excellent comprehensive care, medicine, and to help patients with healthy lifestyle choices.

She offers a great alternative to providing excellent urgent care and a full-spectrum family practice medical provider, focused on "whole life" care.  Routine check-ups, chronic disease care, minor injuries, acute illness or trauma, Nereida brings personalized care and genuine concern for the well-being of her patients to the forefront of her practice.
