Office Visit Prices
Effective 4/1/2022, cash charges for New Patient Office Visits will be $250.00 and Established Patient Office Visits will be $150.00. This pertains to patients without insurance and does not include vaccines, procedures, and tests. Please contact our office for additional charges.
Insurance
Family First Medical Practice accepts most PPO plans. This includes Medicare, High Desert Medical Group HMO, and Tricare. You can inquire with our office to see if we accept your medical plan.
