This facility is amazing! Simarjeet is kind, courteous and through. He takes the time required to provide professional medical care (which is hard to find). All the staff seems hand picked for their positions, be it front desk, schedulers, billers and prescription fillers. They are each wonderful at their jobs. My appointment with Family First Family Medical Practice was my first medical experience outside of being a Kaiser patient for many years. I was a little concerned it would be difficult in navigating all of the things that I would need to keep me well and healthy, such as labs, wellness checks, etc… However, from the time I walked into the Family First Medical Practice office  and even now they have laid out a personal plan for all my medical needs. The office staff is professional, patient and helpful. The nurses are personable and informative. Simarjeet was exceptional. He was thorough and detailed. He took care of much more than I expected. Never before have I ever received better medical help, anywhere! I am 62 yrs old and I have many medical issues. The care given here at AVORS is 2nd to none. My time started with AVORS this last February of 23 my primary Simarjeet got right to it. Putting a heath plan together focusing mainly on my diabetes and the pain accompanied with that. At that time my A1c was 12.2 my weight was 278 pounds. My numbers right now. A1c 7.2 and weight is 252 pounds I’m happy to say both continue to drop.
